Return Policy

Our goal at Worldwide Parts Distributors is to ensure you get quality parts. In the unlikely event that your items do not arrive in good condition or you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately by calling the number on our site or emailing us.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact us before returning any merchandise so that we can address the matter and authorize your return.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY Worldwide Parts Distributors.

Returns are accepted only as authorized above and on brand new items in their original packaging up to 15 days after purchase in exchange for merchandise credit. Exchanges (piston size, compression ratio, etc) are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and Manufacturer. When you receive your order, please open the boxes immediately and confirm that all parts are correct (not only by the part number on the box, but measurement of the contents as well to discover any possible packaging errors at the manufacturer), as we cannot accept any returns after the 15 day window, regardless of fault.

All defective returns are subject to the manufacturers' terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges as well as any restocking fees that may apply.

In the case de manufacturer is at-fault for the condition of the returned item, a refund of the shipping charges will be provided at the manufacturer's discretion.

No returns on electronic items, ignition products, media, software, software licenses.

No returns on any special-order, custom-made or any parts that have been installed.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. All cancellations must first be approved by Worldwide Parts Distributors. Items being fullfilled or ready to ship cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the racing industry, all sales are final. No refunds on high performance parts unless previously authorized by Worldwide Parts Distributors.
